SW19 Pty Ltd was established in 2006 with the intention of providing a ‘one-stop shop’ to clients looking to manage and develop their property portfolio. We are currently expanding our operations to give SW19 Pty Ltd nationwide coverage.

SW19 Project Management provide a holistic service, from the initial design briefing and contract formation, to the site inspections, specification, tendering and management of works through to handover.

Our expertise lies in the fit out and refurbishment of new and existing spaces, delivering a high quality, durable finished product to the market.

We have experience delivering projects using a number of procurement options, from standard Project Management through to Design and Construct.

We lead the industry in the methodology and functionality for clients of our reporting formats, through use of electronic format databases, and cost forecasting.
