SW19 were engaged by an asset management consultant to deliver a 10 year maintenance plan for a 1980s aged care village, providing independent living and sheltered accommodation. 

The inspection required a detailed roof inspection, utilising drones (UAV) delivering a comprehensive report including cracked tiles and corroded valley gutters. 

The 10 year plan was to be used to assess the long term viability of the site and identification of significant upcoming works, including roof replacement.
