SW19 provides expert asbestos services, including air monitoring, clearance inspections, and registers. We conduct asbestos surveys, sampling, and analysis through a NATA-accredited lab, ensuring compliance and safety.

SW19 Asset Management helps clients maximise portfolio value/return. We define service levels and the process for acquiring, managing, and disposing of assets. Asset management plans cover all major asset classes.

10 Year Maintenance Plans
Buildings are major corporate assets and cost liabilities. SW19 provides 10-year maintenance plans under the Strata Titles Act 1985 to maximise asset value, with options for 25-year, 50-year, and whole-of-life plans.
Technical Due Diligence
The risk associated with purchasing an asset can be mitigated through a Technical Due Diligence inspection. It alerts investors to current or future issues that may impact the physical asset or its investment potential.
